For Warranty Claims

Please contact LMK Customer Service at 815-433-9377 or email orders@lmktechnologies.co to register a warranty claim. A return materials authorization number is required prior to sending any product and/or equipment back to LMK Technologies. Once returned to LMK and evaluated, if the product or equipment is found to be defective and under warranty, a credit or replacement will be authorized.
